Business Management - Quickbooks
Full Time | Calabasas, CA / Remote
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper/Business Manager to maintain our clients’ financial records and to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of the clients’ companies. The ability to multi-task with a diverse group of tax and accounting clients. Applicant must possess strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate holds a Finance degree (preferably followed by accounting CPE courses) and is has an experience with QuickBooks software.
Responsibilities
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Sales tax and payroll returns preparation
- Business Property Tax Statements preparation
Qualifications
- QuickBooks software – desktop and online versions with more than 5 years of experience preferable
- Self-starter with willingness to learn new software
- Five or more years of Accounting and Bookkeeping experience required
- Experience with CCH Engagement is a plus
- Proficient in MS Windows operating system, MS Word, MS Excel
