Business Management - Quickbooks

Full Time | Calabasas, CA / Remote

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper/Business Manager to maintain our clients’ financial records and to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of the clients’ companies. The ability to multi-task with a diverse group of tax and accounting clients. Applicant must possess strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance degree (preferably followed by accounting CPE courses) and is has an experience with QuickBooks software.

Responsibilities

  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Financial Statement Preparation
  • Sales tax and payroll returns preparation
  • Business Property Tax Statements preparation

Qualifications

  • QuickBooks software – desktop and online versions with more than 5 years of experience preferable
  • Self-starter with willingness to learn new software
  • Five or more years of Accounting and Bookkeeping experience required
  • Experience with CCH Engagement is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Windows operating system, MS Word, MS Excel
