Over the years of our successful relationship, we’ve combined our tax knowledge and experience to offer the following solutions and services:
• Restructuring business - converting SMLLC to an S Corporation or other pass through entity structures to maximize tax deductions on the federal and state levels. We also maximized tax savings through retirement planning and reduced self-employment taxes.
• We helped with their year end planning and calculating owners’ salaries and SEP/401K contributions. Additionally, the newly enacted California tax law gave us the opportunities to assist his client with substantial saving on their federal tax liabilities.
• We assisted Randy on the buyout of some of his client’s intellectual property and the tax ramifications and opportunities that provided.
• Updating Randy on new laws and regulations that were enacted during the past two Presidential administrations and throughout Covid.
We talk with Randy on a weekly basis to help him with any possible tax and accounting questions. We play the role of a back office for Randy in making sure he is delivering to his clients the most up to date, proactive advice and planning in this ever changing world.
